Customer Service Please Don't Fail Me Now??? I had an excellent customer experience with Addison when I purchased my 2 vehicles June of 2016. I'm hoping to turn a bad situation into a good one. Recently, my son broke down in the middle of the highway while driving the 2016 GMC Terrain. His guardian angel must have been watching over him and safely guided him to the shoulder as his 4 ways wouldn't work and his dashboard lit up with error warnings. Vehicle was towed to dealership, but to my amazement will not be serviced under warranty. Luciano Seixas, Service Manager informed me that someone filled my gas tank with water??? I was in shock!
