Addison on Eglinton Chevrolet Buick GMC

I have been taking my truck for services since I bought it in 2016 as the dealer that I bought the truck from were not very helpful. Addison on Eglinton has been exceptionally good with my service appoi it in 2016 as the dealer that I bought the truck from were not very helpful. Addison on Eglinton has been exceptionally good with my service appointments. Two weeks ago after taking it for an oil change, I came home and park the truck. Three days later when I needed to go out, I checked the oil before I start the truck and it was to high. Went back to have them look at the oil. Once they checked the oil, the service manager came back to me with an attitude saying that everything was good. He went on to tell me that I don't know how to check the oil. I explained that I do know how to check it and his reaction was that "if I know how to check it, then I must be blind." When I got home, I checked the oil once again. The level was better but I noticed that the oil was brown. I didn't want to go back so I took it to a private mechanic where I had them do an oil change. I did not tell them that I just had it done at the dealership as I was too embarrassed. When I picked up the truck, they were amazed how bad the oil was dirty, and had too much and they asked me when was the last time I hade it changed. Did Addison on Eglinton never drain the oil and never changed the filter, or they just put more oil? That would explain the oil was too high and too dirty. More
