the service advisor shane (shaun) was very helpful. there was a gasket leak on my vehicle which I believe he has fixed under warranty. my vehicle is under 5 years and only has 30,000 kilometers. Everything was absolutely amazing. Honestly one of the best dealers and auto mechanics we've ever dealt with. We got into an accident and has CSN 'fixed' our truck. We were actually lucky enough that we still had warranty on our truck so we didn't have to pay out of pocket. We were also able to quickly see our rep that helped with the purchase of the truck (Seanan-The Irishman) which was very nice, and we highly recommend him as well if you're looking for help purchasing a vehicle.
