Best Service Ever I came to the dealship a bit late, and told the service agent Eric if I can have the car back by 2:45pm because I need to pick up my kid from JK at 3p I came to the dealship a bit late, and told the service agent Eric if I can have the car back by 2:45pm because I need to pick up my kid from JK at 3pm. He said he can’t promise but he will try his best to help. He explained all the details to me friendly and patiently, set up my cars work order immediately, and reminded me what I should do next time, also told me the promotion of the maintenance(alignment), advised me what I should to do take care of the car since winter season is coming, asked me if I need cleaning and also shuttle service, Set up my shuttle service right away, I only waited 5mins at the waiting room for shuttle. He later provided me the update of the work status and arranged shuttle to pick me up. Finally, I have my car around 2:40pm. thank you, Eric. I will definitely come back for service next time. By the way, the new service center looks good. More
