Just perfect! There are dealerships where you wouldn't go back and there are dealerships that make your day. Acura of North Toronto will not only make your day, I'm There are dealerships where you wouldn't go back and there are dealerships that make your day. Acura of North Toronto will not only make your day, I'm sure they'll keep you coming back. This dealership has perfected the experience of buying a vehicle. The care and attention of the staff here is second to none. We already knew the vehicle model and price we wanted. Peter Kim ( (Pre-owned sales manager) was quick to greet us and assign Eric Cheung (sales & leasing consultant) to assist us. It's always a bonus when you get to work with a smart, knowledgeable sales consultant like Eric. During our discussions with Eric it became obvious Eric not only knows his cars, he has that gift of making you feel so very comfortable with the process. He listens to your objectives and provides no pressure, no dickering, quick options for you. Eric will even program your phone for the blue tooth and help set up the techy things some of us struggle with. To top it off Peter Kim wastes no time getting the deal done. We didn't expect to get our vehicle for the price we got it for based on the model and very low mileage but Peter helped crunch the numbers to meet our goal. Peter comes across as a very approachable, straight shooting, honest manager. He doesn't waste your time and is very open with the details of the deal. And Peter takes a special interest in making sure your vehicle is just perfect before you receive it. Eva Chai (Financial services manager) provides and explains all the extra options available to you with no pressure. Eva's friendly manner and great smile sets a very comfortable no pressure tone. She provides you the details you need to know but the decisions are yours. Another very comfortable experience with a great staff member. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. With a Team like we've experienced I expect they will be around for a long time. More
Total scam Moh gave me a quote to replace the vent valve ($736) and front/rear sway bars ($650). They said that the vent valve wasn't urgent but the sway bars w Moh gave me a quote to replace the vent valve ($736) and front/rear sway bars ($650). They said that the vent valve wasn't urgent but the sway bars were loose and noisy and posed a "significant safety hazard". Given the age of my car, I was hesitant to pay $1500. I decided to get the work done at a top rated local garage for half the price. The garage inspected the car and said there were no issues whatsoever. The garage also said they wouldn't charge me for the inspection. More
Parts and Service My car was making a strange rattling noise, I was concerned about driving home with it like that. I brought it into the Acura of North Toronto dealers My car was making a strange rattling noise, I was concerned about driving home with it like that. I brought it into the Acura of North Toronto dealership and spoke to a guy named Shab, a very pleasant guy in the service department. I told him that I had a MAZDA, and what was happening with the rattle, He politely told me that they were an Acura dealership and that he would see what he could do. Long story short, after speaking with the parts manager Sam and a few other staff members, my car was checked out and fixed. No more rattle. This dealership was very matter of fact and only repaired what was necessary. All of my interactions with staff at Acura of North Toronto was professional and respectful. I would recommend this dealership for parts and service any day of the week. More

Pure LIES about accidents history on CARPROOF. STAY AWAY. Over the phone when I asked them about any accident history on a pre-owned 2011 TSX white car, the answer was NO. After traveling far and walked into Over the phone when I asked them about any accident history on a pre-owned 2011 TSX white car, the answer was NO. After traveling far and walked into the dealership the Pre-owned sales person name "AMOS" took me on a test drive on the TSX. While driving around he was sitting beside me kept telling me about the car. At one point he said you can hook up your laptop in here you know and he mentioned don't leave it in here, people might steal it. I was thinking this guy could've said you can hook up your ipod. Once we got back to his desk I asked for carproof. Under Police Accident Report it had a date and description said "Right Rear". When I asked him what is that about and you guys said no accident. He said see there is no claim amount. It's just that some one stole the previous owners laptop and they reported it to police and police came and had to put down something on the paper so they wrote RIGHT REAR. I was like this guy just prepared my mind while we were on the test drive about laptop and not leave it in the car and now he is backing up his carproof with the same story. I'm like this guy must be an idiot sales man. I was ready to walk away because AMOS couldn't meet my offer and he is lying about the car history. Pre-owned sales manager Tommy Lui comes down with AMOS came rushing like he is going to put out a fire. Tried to brain wash me saying I should bring my numbers up. Just to see if these guys have different story about the CarProof metioned RearRight. I asked Tommy " The carproof was showing something about RearRIght accident where did the previous owner fixed it? Here in Acura of North Toronto or somewhere? Tommy didn't know the AMOS goon gave me big lie already. First thing Tommy said was that previous owner had a small accident and they went to an Authorize place and fixed it. I said "this guy Amos said somethin about a laptop being stolen from the car and you are sayingthat there was an accident. " Now same Tommy tells me that he did not say anything to me. I had plan a to come and buy the car, if the carproof was clean and whether they are ready to meet my offer. If not I had plan B set up to go get another TSX from another Dealer the same day. They failed me. They tell pure lies after lie. Tommy is worst. I would never step in their dealership again. I do not write reviews but I had to do this one so people like me who are about to blow their hard earned money should look away from this place. I love Acura and their cars but MONGRILS like these goons at Acura of NORTH TORONTO giving ACURA a bad name and loss of sales. I ended up buying a TSX from private dealer which was my plan B. I'm not the only one who wasted time and had to spent precious moments with these goons.. GOOGLE their dealership and you will hear from many people's bad experience with this dealership. If you are about to buy the same 2011 TSX premium White and beige interior 55k or so just be aware. You might hear a new polished up story. Wish they change management or change their tactics. More

I'll first s The staff I've encountered at this dealership belong at a low end used car lot. They devalue the ACURA brand they are associated with. I'll first start with the unprofessional communication by salesman PETER KIM A very simple task of informing when delays occur is common courtesy. He fails grasp this concept. I go in on Thursday with a concern, however the manager was not in which I'm fine with. They said I would be contacted Saturday with a response. Come Saturday night I reach out asking about the status of this request. I’m met with apology number 1 saying he's out of office until Tuesday so I’ll hear back then. Come Tuesday, no response. I reach out on Weds asking about the status once again, I receive no response. Thursday I ask again, nothing. Friday, I inquire again and state my displeasure. I receive a call 30 min while at work. I let the manager know I’m busy and I will contact later in the day. I call back and leave a voicemail. It's been a week since then and it has clearly been ignored. Financial Services Manager MATTHEW CUNHA This is the guy that tries to sell you insurance. I declined the extended insurance option and he proceed to barrage repeatedly you with things that can go wrong to the point you feel like the product being sold is a poorly made product that is guaranteed to break. He treats you like an uneducated customer by listing a bunch of parts in the AC system and how buttons or the computer system can fail. ACURA of North Toronto will be a dealership I will never do business with again. More
the worst car buying experience I was amazed on how incompetent our sales person was. Unable to answer the most basic questions about the car and made numerous mistakes on the lease I was amazed on how incompetent our sales person was. Unable to answer the most basic questions about the car and made numerous mistakes on the lease agreement, including model year of car, my name (despite having my drivers license) and amount due on delivery. Be careful to read agreement carefully. I would strongly recommend going to another dealership. More
0 stars/ NEVER DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDS!! A month ago, I was interested in purchasing a BMW 335i from 2007 from them after test driving it. I was told that someone already had a 500$ deposit on it, and as I was excited to buy my first car, they told me they could return the depositor’s money to him as he had not come forth with the financing if I placed a 1000$ deposit on the car. They told me it was being sold as safety and e-tested. I then asked if I could have my mechanic inspect it, and they made a big deal about how far it was and how they preferred me to have it inspected by their mechanic, or at the Active Green & Ross beside them. I refused, believing them to be in cahoots together. Salesperson PETER KIM complained that he would have to take time away from the dealership. I paid the deposit and signed the bill of sale. Shockingly, there were additional fees in the Bill of Sale that had not been disclosed to me when I agreed to the purchase. 10 days later, upon arrival at my mechanic, Art Shekarchi (great guy, highly recommend), the mechanic first told the salesperson they should be ashamed of themselves for trying to sell this driver’s car with the cheapest tires you could possibly find. Peter said that it arrived like that, to which Art replied “NO IT DID NOT”. Next thing you know, he came in and asked how DARE THEY sell this car as safetied, given that it had a MAJOR TRANSMISSION LEAK THAT WOULD COST OVER 5000$ to repair. I was appalled. As we were leaving, Art charged me half price for the inspection, saying he “PREFERED ME NOT TO WASTE MY MONEY ON A PIECE OF GARBAGE I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY.” On the tense ride home, I asked Peter if I should bother trying to find financing or whether they would return my deposit and get back to me, as in our contract it said that they would have to fix the repairs. He said they would get back to me the next day. I returned home and examined the bill of Sale to notice that MY CAR HAD BEEN DRIVEN 4000KM since I signed the bill of sale, as per the mechanic’s inspection. I drove up the next day, and they promptly refunded my deposit. I asked for them to pay for my inspection too, as I had come to them in good faith and they had tried to defraud me in every way imaginable. Peter said NO, so I asked to speak with the manager MASOUD HAFIZI, who SAID that the ADDITIONAL 4000KM WAS NONE OF MY CONCERN since I was not purchasing the car. I told them it would be their concern since I was going to report them for FRAUD. He then unceremoniously kicked me out of his office. I reported them to the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council the following week because I want it to be on the record that they tried to scam me. For the record I am 21 years old, and would have faced bankruptcy had I not been more diligent when dealing with these FRAUDS. If you don’t believe me, send me a Google message and I will happily email you a scan of the Bill of Sale and the inspection 10 days later so you can see the flagrant discrepancy for yourselves. Shame on you and your business Acura of North Toronto. More
