Nothing short of spectacular. I have been going to Oakville Acura for service on my 2009 CSX since they opened their doors. On the evening I went to pick up my vehicle, I was looking for it inside the service center where they normally keep the serviced vehicles. I walked right past it. I did not notice it. It looked as if it just came off the assembly line. I opened the doors and inside looked the way it did when I first purchased the vehicle. It was astounding, and yes, it had the new car smell to it. I then flipped open the hood as the service included an enging cleaning, it was spotless. I don't know what else to say about the service and professionalism offered there at Oakville Acura. I actually look forward to bringing my vehicle in for servicing. Anything short of a 10/10 is inaccurate. You will not be dissapointed. J.Cicci More

I needed a bunch of parts for my RSX and was helped out by the guys in parts. Knowledgeable and quick service allowed to fix and upgrade my car by havin parts the next day. I went into service my used Acura Integra for an oil change. I was taken care of right away the customer service was exceptional! Everyone was so friendly welcoming me to the dealership.
