Stress free and truely a pleasure! This fall I renewed my 2nd lease with Acura of Langley. My over all experience with the sales team at this dealership has been nothing short of excellent. I had the privilege of being appointed Daljit as my consultant. There are few people that I have worked with in any capacity of my life , that I would recommend more strongly than Daljit. He was so kind, caring and wanted to make sure I knew and understood everything about my new vehicle. He also told me I could call him anytime with any questions I might have.....what more could I ask for ? I would highly recommend Acura of Langley to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Walking into Amazibg experience with every single employee at Acura Langley that we came in contact with - whether we did business with them or not! Walking into a Car Dealership to buy a used vehicle is always stressful for us but not this time! Lindsey the Salesperson was friendly, honest and went above and beyond to assure that we were happy with our purchase! The finance lady was exceptional and also went out of her way to keep us updated on our finance while we were waiting for approval! I have nothing but positive to say as we had our kids there for a long time and the other staff went out of their way to accomodate our kids while we finalized details! Our kids keep asking to go back there! :). Wonderful experience and would highly recomend the team there :) More

During the signing process, Matt, the sale guy, came in said my trade in car has more claim than they thought and forced me lower the trade value and they should knew when they had my detail. And forced me to finance and said will get better deal. End up the first month loan payment, only have 20% will be deducted from the total loan amount. When I asked, there was so much hidden cost just for borrowing. Also double check what features including. Their ad was wrong, doesn't come with the stuffs that mentioned in the ad. Like back up camera and nav, etc. The guy Matt working there is very dishonest,said finance it has no fee to me, lies, I learned my lesson. Hope everyone going to buy there be aware of the dishonest salesman and the tricks they used. I paid more than $1200 for unknown fee. Totally not recommended this dealer and beware of the saleman Matt, I don't think he a honest guy. I believe Karma. One day things will back to him. More

We seemed to have a good experience at Acura of Langley until vehicle pick up. Upon our inspection of the vehicle, before the purchase agreement, we noticed that both fog lights were broken. Our sales agent (Byron Sowinski) said that he would order in the lights and replace them. That he would give us a call when they came in, but we should still come in the next day to finalize the purchase. We also asked about the seat cushion for the plus one middle seat that seemed to be missing. Byron said it was in the back, & that the cleaners just forgot to put it back on & that it would be included with the vehicle. Upon vehicle pickup, there was no seat cushion, the fog lights were apparently on order, there were no vehicle service records that were requested, some marks on the ceiling were turned into huge water stains when they tried to remove them, & one of the keyless remotes had a dead battery. We have received no replies to emails sent to Byron and the sales manager Gary Daviduk expressing our dis satisfaction with the customer service regarding the promised repairs to the fog lights and the fact that the middle seat cushion for the vehicle was missing. Beware of this dealership!!! Make sure you get all agreements in writing, they will say & do anything to get the sale but will not follow through with any promises. More
Purchased a used vehicle privately and wanted to have a recall performed. Was told that they would flash the computer software, which was part of the recall, but refused to admit that the issue had had an recall performed. While I was there, I had them do close to $700 worth of regular maintenance items just to make sure the vehicle was in good running condition as I wasn't 100% sure where everything was at. A few weeks later, when I felt like the recall item was still an issue, I took it back. They had it for a day, and said that they checked it all over and couldn't find a problem. Upon receiving my paperwork, it said something about their computer freezing during the test drive. No explanation. It's been a couple of months now, and we have been having issues with a lack of airflow in the front vents. I asked a friend who is a mechanic what he thought, and the first thing he said was 'check the pollen/dust filter for the cabin. I checked it, and it was completely black (they're white when they're new). It had built up crud inside each crevice. The vehicle has 150,000km on it, and I wonder if that has ever been changed. With the amount of 'regular maintenance' I had performed on the vehicle, I would have thought they would have spent 90 seconds checking this filter, and then recommended that I buy one (at their ridiculously marked up price). This could have earned them an additional $30-40, but instead has cost them a customer and a reputation. I would never bring my vehicle to them again. If I need an Acura service, I will drive an additional hour to the next closest dealership More
