Mr. Brenden Gomes is their present Service Manager, and Parts Manager, and he has achieved a high standard of excellent customer care from his staff, from arrival to departure, every time. The team of Service Advisors and Technicians work together very well, and every care is taken to be efficient in all respects. I drive on average about 30,000 kilometres a year, and every one of my cars has given total reliability, over the years. Very special mention is due to Technicians who are proactive, as needed, to inspect the mechanical components of the car, and then recommend service and repairs, well before any inconvenience is experienced. Special mention is also due to the members of the Parts Department. Replacement parts that are designed for the car are essential for proper service by Technicians, and the staff in the Parts Department are most capable of keeping those parts available, making any waiting periods very rare. Overall, dealing with Acura Sherway has been a very special privilege, and I do congratulate Mr. Brenden Gomes for a very high standard of customer service..
