Based on their convenient location as well as my experience with their service department, I recently went to Acura Sherway to check out the new vehicles. I was lucky to be paired with longtime salesman Peter Ho who was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and a good listener. While I had a good idea of what I wanted, Peter was very diligent in taking me through the options and working with me to select the right model, review warranty options, and strike a good deal for us both. The new manager, Michael Carroll was likewise very friendly and supportive. We settled on the details that same evening. When I came to pick up the car the following week, I was very impressed with how organized and diligent Peter was and with how he spent a good hour taking me through the features of the car, even programming my phone and navigation system (the technology sure has changed in 13 years!), and giving me all sorts of helpful hints. He also made sure to let me know he was always available if I had any more questions or needed his help on the service side. Once again Michael stepped in to provide me with a good deal on the extended warranty and to express his thanks for the business. These two, along with Ali Qureshi, made experience of buying a new car very easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend the team at Acura Sherway. More
