Andrew Dunets, was very knowledgable representative at the dealership who helped me pick my new ILX. He went over and beyond to set my expectations in what I exactly was looking for. Ali Qureshi helped me with all the financial needs to best suit my budget and worked their way around for my satisfaction. They were very friendly and approachable staff at Acura Sherway. I'm completely happy with my new purchase and would defenitely recommend them to my friends and family :) More

CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOWING IMPROVEMENT I initially gave this dealership a much poorer rating, but have since had improved relations with the sales manager. Mr. Carroll has been very apolo I initially gave this dealership a much poorer rating, but have since had improved relations with the sales manager. Mr. Carroll has been very apologetic on behalf of the dealership, and says they can only learn from their mistakes. They made plenty, so there is a lot to learn. As for the salesperson, I can't make the same comments; and still feel it was one of my worst buying experiences anywhere. My initial comments which I have since changed suggested that you take your business elsewhere. This would no longer seem necessary, but be wary of which salesperson you are dealing with. Some are much more qualified and capable than others. Two and a half months after receiving my car, I just received the full manual that I had been told countless times was ordered. I have even had to call Acura Canada numerous times on the issue, and was assured each time it was ordered, but would take about 6 weeks. Thought that was long, but I was been patient. The salesperson had told me numerous times it was ordered, then told me he had to figure out how to do it, and finally 10 weeks later, confirmed he forgot about it and didn't know how to do it. After contacting Acura Canada again, the sales manager became involved and told me he had personally ordered it, and the sales person knew nothing about it. So why didn't he tell me that? A very poor communicator in more ways than one. Initially, the negotiations were very misleading and I was misinformed about numerous things in regard to pricing and trade-in values. Optional items ordered, and only after signing on the dotted line was I told they didn't know when they could be ordered in. Again the sales manager has since explained the reasoning behind this; unlike the salesperson at the time of purchase. Much aggravation could have been saved had the sales person known how to communicate things properly. Sales person did not know many of the functions of the car. I was asked to sign the pre-inspection paper prior to delivery, assuming that all points checked off would be covered at the time of delivery. In fact, other than installing the license plates and connecting my phone, nothing was covered. Very poor customer service at the outset, but I feel now that they are headed in the right direction. I'm very pleased with my car, and feel that the dealership (now in a new showroom) is taking on a new attitude as well. More

I honestly didnt even have an acura on my radar when it came to buying a used vehicle.I would like to thank Andrew dunets wwho was extremely helpful in choosing something in my price point. The only car I test drove was the car I eventually purchased. He wasnt there to waste my time test driving cars that I couldnt afford. He was knowledgeable and friendly and was not pushy at all in his sales tactics, I felt that he was real and genuinely wanted me to have the car I wanted not the car he wanted to sell. Would also like to thank ali who was friendly and took care of my financing for the car. I would also like to thank mike carroll who helped me when I came back to the dealership with a small issue with a key. He took care of it immediately at no charge and had a smile on his face. All in all everyone I dealt with at acura sherway was friendly and courteous and I will definitely be buying another vehicle from this dealership again. More

Flat tire emergency resolved almost instantly Drove in with a flat, drove out with a smile 10/10. I had no appointment, I was in a real pinch. Blew the tire just up the Queensway. Chris took care of us right away and changed the tire with my existing spare at no charge. What could have been 6 to 24 hr ordeal was turned into a 45 minute cup of coffee. He didn't use any annoying pressure sales tricks and listened to everything I said - this guy is a true professional in every sense. We didn't waste unnecessary time haggling and he came back with an amazing deal I was happy to accept for a car I loved. Still can't believe how fast we got it all done.
