Excellent!!!!! I was 39 months into a 48 month lease on a 2013 Acura TL SW-AWD Elite when Dominic Starenczak contacted me. He suggested coming in to see him and poss I was 39 months into a 48 month lease on a 2013 Acura TL SW-AWD Elite when Dominic Starenczak contacted me. He suggested coming in to see him and possibly switching to a newer and better vehicle. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical that this could be done without increasing my costs but I agreed to come in a few days later. Today, I'm driving a new 2016 Acura TLX SH-AWD Elite and absolutely loving it. Dominic was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. On top of that my monthly payments reduced by $66.00 / mth and my insurance rates dropped a whopping $324 / yr due to the safety improvements in the vehicle. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend giving Dominic a call. More

Total commitment to customer service - Dominic Starenczak I brought the whole family to Acura Sherway to learn more about the new TLX. We already have a Honda, but I wanted something really nice for my commut I brought the whole family to Acura Sherway to learn more about the new TLX. We already have a Honda, but I wanted something really nice for my commute to work that has AWD, great performance, luxury and comfort and outstanding reliability, at a competitive price. We arrived at the dealer and were immediately met by a friendly salesperson, Dominic. He took the time to tell us all about the new TLX and the great offers. After the test drive, I was sold. Dominic was helpful in showing me the very impressive features of the new TLX. We then sat down and went through the estimate. Dominic explained thoroughly all of the options. Needless to say we bought a new TLX. No regrets, just happy driving. Even after we took delivery of the TLX, Dominic would follow-up with us to make sure that everything was OK. Thanks Dominic! More
Poor Car Service and Customer Service I brought my car last week in for service because I was hearing noise in the car. The oil showed at 30% so I was recommended to might as well do the m I brought my car last week in for service because I was hearing noise in the car. The oil showed at 30% so I was recommended to might as well do the maintenance which of course was a big service A123. I ended up paying a $1000 ($791 = Labor and the rest is products) for maintenance and fixing ALL that was wrong with the car including a nail that they found in the tire and fixed. I take the car after 8 hours of being at the dealership the next day I am surprised when the tire pressure light comes on, then the battery dies and there is no way at this point I can bring back the car to the dealership. I boost the battery and pump the tire and I manage to drive my car back to the dealership. Now I am told that there are THREE holes in another tire than the one they fixed and it needs to be replaced for $300+ tax and I need to replace my battery for $200 + tax another $500 +tax within few days on top of what I already paid. I am not sure how "somehow" I got two tires with nails and holes in them within two days apart, and my battery "suddenly" failed when a day ago it passed. I brought my car with one problem I walked out with needing to replace my tires and battery and paying a $1000 for oil change which I have done by the way for the past 9 years. Customer service is very poor, useless talking to the service manager, you wait forever on the phone to book an appointment, and I got hang up on when I called to let them know about my flat tire. Service is very expensive and good luck if there is something else in your car beside changing oil. Donuts and Coffee doesn't keep a customer, good service and loyalty to customers does. I was considering leasing a new Acura but you just lost a customer because of your poor service. More

Peter Ho did an excellent job in understanding my needs and understanding the vehicles that he sells. He is an excellent combination of energy and patience. I always felt excited about the purchase without feeling any artificial pressure. I learned much about all the vehicles that Acura Sherway offers. Ali Qureshi was excellent in his explanation of what was available for me at the end of the deal. More

FIrst and Last visit to this service dept my two usual Acura dealership service centres were booked so I thought I would try this one. They obliged me with a convenient time for a Saturday ap my two usual Acura dealership service centres were booked so I thought I would try this one. They obliged me with a convenient time for a Saturday appointment. Upon arriving, I described what I needed, they informed me to sit and relax (very nice waiting areas, v.good coffee, donuts, sandwiches.... but that's not what I am there for...) Service should be an hour IT TOOK 3 HOURS for a simple oil change and tire rotation, WITH an appointment... they unapologetically explained they were busy (so then my appointment means nothing?), and I observed the dealership allow non-appointment people ahead of me just walk in and get service. Even the car wash was disappointing, they washed my already clean car with dirty water leaving a film and spots all over the paint and windows. No one once seemed apologetic, nor willing to give a s$!t about my issue, just ignored my complaint like I was some annoyance that would eventually go away if they said absolutely nothing. Classless. Other Acura dealerships say 60-90 min for the service and get it completed 5 minutes early, and on the one occasion it was late, they apologized profusely and comp'd me the oil change. THAT is service, and why I bought an Acura. Kozar More
