Terrible experience. My car has been with them for 2 weeks now: The AWD does not work (and I need it). First, they told me first that their system was hacked for days... Then, they say the car needs a n weeks now: The AWD does not work (and I need it). First, they told me first that their system was hacked for days... Then, they say the car needs a new chip that will arrive soon. Now, they say the chip is back-ordered for another 2 weeks: they will provide me with a loaner... They don"t call back. I call and no return. I called this morning and they say that they told a colleague to call me and he-she did not do it.... They just called me and I am supposed to get a loaner today... To follow-up! More

Winter tires not returned - despite invoice indicating that they had been placed back in the truck of the car. 4. Told to pick up the tires, even though it wasn't me who forgot to return them to me in the first place. Beware of this dealership, and the shoddy service. Recommend that anyone avoid it. More

poor purchase experience Bought Acura TLX tech 4 cyln. Good price on lease despite waiting a lot. Then came delivery. A mess. Luciani does not respect an appointment. Said the car would be ready at 11am, not ready, said that financing had not cleared, but finally, their mistake. Then appointment at 2pm. Car not ready ("it is just not ready", ~their words). They said they would deliver my car to my house. That would make it a slightly used car for the price of a new one (superb solution Luciani, bravo). This place should be under hospital, not business, as you wait like if you were in in a hospital. I cannot recommend this not very serious place of business. Hope you get a better experience if you go. More

Unbelievably awful!! Less than a year ago, I bought the car which was great in terms of price and features. I went to do the service and I got the car back scratched! I changed the dealer for a while. But I had to go back because the remote starter is draining my battery!! I went there four times now. Every time they say it will be great and everything is fixed!! Last visit was last Friday. since then, I called the roadside assistance 3 times!! Now I badly need the car but I have to wait for the jump starter!! Unbelievably awful service!!! More
Service Center review To be fair, I did not buy my car here, but I did, or rather used to, take my car here for service. After a disagreement over serviced rendered and pa To be fair, I did not buy my car here, but I did, or rather used to, take my car here for service. After a disagreement over serviced rendered and paid for that did not fix my issue (Which I found out by testing the car myself) I was asked to pay for more service and parts which I argued against. I took my car to an Acura Dealer because I thought they know what they are doing, not guessing and replacing parts until the issue is resolved. Mistakes are made everyday, but if the repairs leave the car as it was before, then perhaps they were not necessary. So refund that before asking me to pay more. The service manager was very rude when I kept arguing the point. I did end up with a refund, but the customer service experience left a black mark. Their customer relations was not any better. If they don't value the customer, then a bad review is the least they should expect. Proceed at your own risk. More
