What's the most important thing I look for when I walk into any business? the expressions on peoples faces, and how they greet me. Every single person in that building that I saw including the customers., had a smile on there face. It wasn't fake. People were genuinely happy to be there, and on a weekend! I was helped right away and got the things I were looking for right away. I felt at home. Like I was visiting family members in a surprise visit. The Employees were happy. Therefore I (the customer) am also happy. Great service, great vehicles, and an amazing weekend I will be having now. Thank you Acura dealership of Saskatoon. You have awesome employees. What has happened to your service? My experience has always been positive until now. I have a 2017 MDX that needed an oil change. Called and waited on hold for 15 minutes before giving up and leaving a voicemail. No callback. Called again the next day and was told they have nothing open for a week. Guess they are so busy they can’t answer calls or make callbacks. More

Overall he was friendly, sincere and above all did not make me feel foolish about my questions. Sometimes women are treated differently than men when it comes to vehicles. He definitely knows his job it was his knowledge, attitude and that he was very helpful that sold me on the tires, along with the price of course. I would definitely recommend my friends and family deal with Wayne if they were needing tires or buying a new vehicle, I would hope that the other employees in different departments would offer equal service to Wayne's. It’s like taking my car for a physical every six months, the technician walked me through the results, so I am educated on any (car) health related issues that could develop over the next 20,000 km’s.
