We bought a brand new car from this dearlership had no problem selling us the car but when there was a problem with the car i constantly had to fight to get any sercice that was covered by the warranty ar problem selling us the car but when there was a problem with the car i constantly had to fight to get any sercice that was covered by the warranty around 40,000km i brought the car in 5 time for the same problem, we decided to change the car, we had the car sold but still having issues with same problem tired of arguing with this dealership to fix our car right so i called Toyota Canada and they told me if i wasn't satistied to go to another dealer, well that answer made our decision, we went to another dealer we changed brand, we will never have another Toyota in our driveway again and i don't care how good the deal is.
