It gave me enough confidence to visit the dealership, which was a 45 minute drive from my home. Totally worth the drive from Vancouver. Start to finish, the staff at Abbotsford Volkswagen made me feel important and valued. More importantly, I was given a fair deal for my trade-in and on the car I originally inquired about in the ad. I was offered coffee or water more times than my experiences in most restaurants. I can't yet comment on their service technicians or mechanical ability, but I must say that their sales and business team are very friendly and professional. More
