Blown away! My husband and I had a 2011 gmc dully diesel longbox. Richard from Volkswagen called us and asked if we would be interested in trading our truck. We were on board. They picked us up in Rosedale and drove us back to the volkswagen dealership in abbotsford. We told them what we wanted, what we could afford. We prayed on this to make sure it was the rightnthing for us Kelly and Richard and the finance lady all worked super hard to get us into a new Tiguan with lower payments. The service was absolutely the best customer service I have had in my life and I worked in the customer service industry for 30 years. My husband was Sick during our wait and they made him comfortable, the kindness and concern was genuine. We got the Tiguan we wanted. The comfort line which is perfect for me as I have struggled with back problems and 4 surgeries. I melted into those comfy seats. Richard and Kelly showed us safety videos of how Volkswagen builds for safety and demonstrated how it was built. They really made sure we knew everything about this vehicle first. Great Service We had been contacted by Josh to update to a 2016 Volkswagen Passat, He explained everything to us in a great way, He was very patient with us we were We had been contacted by Josh to update to a 2016 Volkswagen Passat, He explained everything to us in a great way, He was very patient with us we were there for 3-4 hours!!!.Overall we had a fantastic visit and walked out with a new 2016 Passat. They close at 8:00 pm and we did not get out of there until 9:30 and that too Josh was not in a rush to get us out of there. Overall everyone was very nice to us and very patient. More
