First time car buyer I went into Abbotsford Volkswagen not knowing it was going to be one of the best experiences I have ever had. This was my first time buying a car of I went into Abbotsford Volkswagen not knowing it was going to be one of the best experiences I have ever had. This was my first time buying a car off a lot and I never knew it could be so easy and stress-free. Nick, Jason, Stefani and Augest all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in buying a new car. They answered all my questions with extreme knowledge. We were continuously asked if we would like tea/coffee/water and that doesn't happen much- it was a gesture to show they go above and beyond. Nick made sure I knew everything about the car I was hoping to drive off the lot with. Not one detail was missed. Jason made everything hassle free and did everything he could to get me in my dream car. Stefani and Augest both answered all my finance questions and made sure I didn't leave there unsure of anything. I highly recommend abbotsford Volkswagen and will be telling all my friends and family about how excellent my experience was! Thank you all :) More

In the end I was pressured to buy a vehicle at a price I felt was inflated but they would only talk in terms of payments, not total cost until final papers were drawn up. At that point, I had agreed the payment was acceptable, but they did not disclose till the end that suddenly we had gone from 7 years to 9 years in financing, that the cost of the car got inflated to cover the "fair trade in" on my car. All kinds of hidden fees. They were willing to discuss after the fact but really only made it so the deal wasn't a total rip off. Never again. More

Never buy from this dealership Spoke with Jason regarding a problem with a used 2016 Hyundai that they sold her. He basically told her it wasn't his problem and their car was in pe Spoke with Jason regarding a problem with a used 2016 Hyundai that they sold her. He basically told her it wasn't his problem and their car was in perfect condition when they so.d it to her. After seeing 2 other professional auto bodies we were told there is no way that car should have been sold to her with the windshield in the condition it was in. It had been replaced, very badly, and now her car is leaking. Volkswagen says they didn't replace it so not their problem. Perhaps you should get new employees to do your inspections then. Will never ever recommend this place or Jason. Very, very rude and absolutely zero personality More
