Everything was very straight forward, honest and he never confused me with all the mumbo jumbo like the other dealerships I had been to before him. With this being my first car purchase, I was new, but it couldn't have gone any easier. I walked in and told Jesse exactly what I wanted, gave him my budget and he came back with my (now) car in the first round. The customer service was awesome and genuine. I even got free pizza! Stephanie was very clear with all the financing options and gave the best option that fit me. Even though I didn't buy a VW I'm extremely glad to have gone through all these great individuals at VW Abbotsford. Needless to say I'm driving away very satisfied!
