Upon asking the price, I had to first tell them whether or not I would be trading something in and give all my contacts information to the "internet sales manager" that would "get back to me and provide with options". I can't believe sales teams are still using old sales strategies like that in this day and age. Ask if their service advisors are on commission and that will be your other big red flag. I couldn't even simply get the price of a car after going back and forth with them. Stay away from this dealership and force them to change by buying elsewhere. More

We did decide on financing and August in the Financial Department made this transition so easy, very knowledgable also and explained the whole process in layman's terms. What a delight. After we had opportunity to drive this an another comparable car, we had pleasant time placing offer, Kelly Buller, sales manager then took over, he also was pleasant, after negotiating for 1.5 hours, he recognized we were at our final numbers, we agreed to the deal, following day, we picked up vehicle, they both stuck to their numbers. Annoying I have just purchased the new 2017 Passat and I have already been to the dealership 5 times in the past month due to the amount of problem it had, the I have just purchased the new 2017 Passat and I have already been to the dealership 5 times in the past month due to the amount of problem it had, the engine oil filler was not glued on properly which caused engine oil to leak all over my engine parts. I also got rims put on my car and they alignment of my tires was off and incorrect which can be very dangerous (which they clearly didnt check when selling me the car or putting on the tires and rims). The back passenger reading lights had a missing screw *which would cause them to fall out of their insert; I went to get it fix. After the scheduled appointment, they said everything was looking good. A week later the entire reading light falls down, (there was no screw inserted) its so annoying when you buy a brand new car right off the lot and it comes with these many problems and even more frustrating when Volkwagan said the problems have been corrected but clearly have been lying and charging people for money while not fixing the over issue. This service of car maintenance is so bad. More
