Does not give great customer service Bought Chevy Spark, was told that it was in good working order and it had passed inspection, when I got home I found that the tire sensor was dead and Bought Chevy Spark, was told that it was in good working order and it had passed inspection, when I got home I found that the tire sensor was dead and the air conditioning did not work. They would not fix the air conditioning because it wasn't in their best interest cuz they gave me a blowout price was their excuse and I tried to get reimbursed for money I put out to fix the tire sensor but have been chasing this for over a month. They were never upfront about the issues with this car. They lied just for a quick sale. If they had told me beforehand that they were getting rid of the car and those were the issues I would had a more informed decision. They offered me a refund but to be honest it's all about the principle that I'm upset about and they should have made it right and fix the air conditioning. Not impressed. More

Compared to other salesmen at several other dealerships, we My wife and I just recently bought a Tiguan from Graig Johnston at Abbotsford Volkswagen. Compared to other salesmen at several other dealerships, we were pleasantly surprised with his professionalism, product knowledge, and helpfulness. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the right vehicle for our family without going over our budget. Kelly Buller was very friendly and knowledgeable as we negotiated the numbers, and Stefani Baron was very efficient as she went over the financing details with us. We've been driving the vehicle for over a month now and love it. We would definitely recommend Abbotsford Volkwagen to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Deplorable online chat sales strategy Dealerships that still use the "call for best price" online strategies are a consumers first red flag. Upon asking the price, I had to first tell them Dealerships that still use the "call for best price" online strategies are a consumers first red flag. Upon asking the price, I had to first tell them whether or not I would be trading something in and give all my contacts information to the "internet sales manager" that would "get back to me and provide with options". I can't believe sales teams are still using old sales strategies like that in this day and age. Ask if their service advisors are on commission and that will be your other big red flag. I couldn't even simply get the price of a car after going back and forth with them. Stay away from this dealership and force them to change by buying elsewhere. More
