Absolutely perfect! From the first time we met Graig we weren't looking to buy and we just wanted to have a look at what they had to offer.. he wasn't pushy he was a comp From the first time we met Graig we weren't looking to buy and we just wanted to have a look at what they had to offer.. he wasn't pushy he was a complete book of knowledge and no pressure ! We set up a test drive and he offered us to come when they had a lunch for the kids and us. The front desk lady sky offered the kids some coloring pages and felts and graig took very good care of us putting aside some lunch for us while we took our test drive! When we came back he still offered us all of the other options on their lot that was in our budget and needs. He worked very hard that day and you could see he clearly cared about us on a personal level !! We felt very comfortable there the whole time and we made the final decision to go with the tiguan.
