New purchase We decided a few weeks back to finally make our new car purchase. We hadn’t bought a new car in 10 years - and from past experiences I wasn’t looking We decided a few weeks back to finally make our new car purchase. We hadn’t bought a new car in 10 years - and from past experiences I wasn’t looking forward to it. We decided to check out Volkswagen (which is something we traditionally wouldnt do) and we were immediately approached by Nick. Within minutes of meeting Nick I knew this wasn’t going to be high pressure sales and I was able to relax. Nick has an intrinsic nature to make you feel comfortable, respected and engaged. His sales tacits were conducive with what I would expect from a professional. We ended up going home that night and discussed other options, but we vehemently choose to buy from nick - and buy a Volkswagen purely from our intial visit and how we were made to feel. The next day we went back to make our purchase and Nick blew me away with his kidness and respect for our time knowing we had to leave our kids at home. He offered to have someone go brings us dinner because he knew we were hungry; he made sure we had his undivided attention. All in all it was a fantastic experience from a fantastic salesmen - and I can tell you I wouldn’t not have bought our first ever Volkswagen if we it wasn’t for Nick. More
