I was met in the parking lot by Chris Z, who not only was friendly,kind and happy but quite knowledgeable and took the time to describe why Volkswagen was rated top for safety. I explained what I was looking for and what my situation was(previous car dealer had our contract so twisted that it left us in debt even after our 5 years were up with them). I went in to the Volkswagen not thinking I was going to be purchasing anything, or even thinking they could do anything for me. I thought I was going to hear them say SORRY we can not do anything for you. One thing lead to another and we soon were introduce to Chris P, who managed to set all my fiances straight for a new Van, and explained to me they were working with the bank to make sure I got the best deal possible. I still thought they were going to turn me away so I asked what happens if the banks dont agree, I go back home with what I came here in, he smiled and said NO they will keep talking to the banks until they are able to get us the best deal possible. I left that day thinking nothing is going to happen, instead when I returned the next day they had a great deal for me on the table I would have been crazy not to see what they had done for me at that time they explained the deal all the terms to us and how our loan was going to be and when It would be paid off, Not only did I get a good deal but they also paid off my owing loan which was not small and I was also was able to finance for 5 year in stead of the mess I was in from my last car dealership. I bought a new Van left extremely happy and am looking forward to many family trips in my new Volkswagen Routan. The one think I liked most of all was during this time my daughter was sitting in my car on her phone she told that the whole time everyone that walked by would smile and wave and say HI, she said it got to the point were she had to duck down so no one would see her. It made me feel good that all the staff there are that nice and caring even when a parent is not around they still took the time to notice my child and made her feel welcome, she was embarrassed but I was happy. THX TO ALL OF VOLKSWAGEN ABBOTSFORD for just being yourselves. More

Vehicles are a big ticket purchase and as a customer I really wanted to be understood and valued. Jerome was mindful of my requirements for a vehicle and the timeline I had put in place for myself. He followed-up with me without trying to put pressure on me. I appreciated this the most! In the end I left the dealership with the car I love, at a price I could live with.
