I think Melissa has a true gift for matching customers with their perfect car, and before I test drove anything, she had already predicted what one I would choose...correctly, talk about knowing your stuff!! You and your team are wonderful and changed my day which started out bad because of a different dealership, to a day I'd be happy to repeat anytime. Thank-you for all the generous gifts, I felt like I came home with lottery winnings and best of all contentment, and that has honestly been hard to come by for me lately. We were ready to scrap the idea of a Vo After an awful experience at the Maple Ridge Volkswagon Dealership we were hesitant to even visit another one. We were ready to scrap the idea of a Volkswagon altogether. My fiance assured me that the gentleman that we were going to see in Abbotsford was going to be a pleasant experience (he wasn't wrong). My fiance had contacted a salesman named Chris Rigby via phone conversations and emails to find out about new and used Volkswagon Golf stock. He received prompt email responses as well as phone calls almost immediately. Chris not only showed us great cars he showed us ones he thought we would like the best based on personality, age, job related demands, as well as, anything else we requested. Chris was friendly, kind, and non-judgemental the moment we walked through the door. The specific car he set aside for us before he had even met us in person was the one we decided to go with after numerous test drives and experiences at other dealerships. After settling on a great price Chris gave us a great deal on an extended warranty, insurance, and even gave us an iPad Air. We were more than happy with our car, the price, and the experience! Chris even followed up with us two days later to see how we liked the car. I had to return to the dealership to sign some additional documents and he got the guys to give the car a wash as the rain had added some mud and dust to the back end. All in all a great experience thanks to Chris! More
