Didn't get an awesome Greek dinner but thats ok. Dave called me about the awesome Touareg I was selling so we took a drive out to the valley. Well tragically, the Greek dinner didn't work out as they were swamped, so we had tacos...insert sigh here...while Jerome and company looked over our Touareg and started to come up with a deal. As it happens, when we got back from dinner and chatted a while, the numbers for my vehicle and the 2014 Jetta were fair so the deal was done. This all happened quite late and by the time the dust settled, it was 10 pm, I think they close at 8, and Jerome still had to follow us 60km's to get some paperwork. Most of the time one leaves a dealer with not the greatest feeling but not so this time. All in all, I'd recommend folks to go for a drive and get great customer service, most likely a new car, possibly great Greek food and maybe a gift from VW. More

Melissa jakoby June 2 I went into the dealership and purchased a brand new 2014 Jetta tdi. In less than 5days of owning the vehicle an indicator light came on. I co June 2 I went into the dealership and purchased a brand new 2014 Jetta tdi. In less than 5days of owning the vehicle an indicator light came on. I contacted the dealership after the light came on again, the driver window malfunctioned and the phone came on without calls coming in. I emailed the sales manager who put me in touch with the service department. I brought my car in which is inconvenient as I work at 8 in Surrey and the dept does not open til 8 and got a courtesy car. They were unsure of what the issue was as they were unable to duplicate the issues. The next day the phone tried to hook up 2 times and there were no calls registered. Then the cable in the driver door broke so I brought it into the service department on Friday night. As I was waiting in the reception area, Melissa came and asked me why I was there. When I told her the run down of issues and that I was not happy, she promptly gave me her business card and asked me to contact her if I had anymore issues. The next day the odometer on the dash went blank. I emailed her immediately telling her the latest issue and how disappointed I was. As a single mom of 2 teenage boys, every penny counts and the fact I iNvested soooo much on my vehicle I was so grateful that someone was understanding and empathetic to my concerns. I was NOT just a sale!!!!! She advised me that she would get back to me and she reached me on July 3 asking me to come in and see her as she spoke to her manager and Volkswagen and they were willing to buy back my car and I would be able to get into another vehicle.....and it was an upgrade!!!! She understood how I felt that even though the issues were being taken care of, I was still going to be apprehensive with it moving forward. She ensured that I got to take the car out and wanted me to test all the windows and buttons to make sure that I had no concerns especially the ones I had problems with in the original car. She was very thorough and made me feel that if there were issues moving forward, my concerns would be handled quickly and professionally. She ensured that the insurances and warranties were cancelled and set up my new policies. She also sold me on the protection policy! She was able to get me a better interest rate and my payments increased by 20/payment. I feel confident that my new vehicle will be the dependable investment that I trust in the Jetta. My family has always purchased Volkswagen products and I am thrilled to say that I can confidently stand behind my decision. I will be passing along Melissa's name to everyone that I know who is looking to purchase new or used car. When the time comes to look at another vehicle purchase, I know that i will be in touch with her. I am so happy that Melissa approached me in the reception area that day and asked me if I had been helped and what I was bringing my car in for. Her compassion and understanding how I must be feeling that my brand new car has brought me into the dealership that many times. Finally I felt heard and that I mattered. I was not a sales stat. Your service department was always helpful but the reason I bought a new car was due to my daily commute to surrey and not wanting to break down and have to deal with taking my car in. She showed me features that I had no clue were options in both cars. She took the time and I can say my experience with Melissa was outstanding. She has also reminded me if anything goes wrong, she is a phone call away. That kind of superior customer attention speaks highly to her long term successful career. Thank you Melissa!!!! More
