Mel greeted us with a smile and began to tell us about what the Tiguan has to offer. Mel was honest, upfront with us, and gave us the friendly service we have never received before! She is so personable! Mel made us feel comfortable by giving us space and working to get us the best deal. The Tiguan was exactly what we were looking for, and the team gave us a fantastic price for a reliable and impressive vehicle. These guys believe in their vehicles and will work to give you a great deal, and will give you the BEST treatment. We have been back to have our car washed (they are Free when you buy your car here!), and work out some financing paperwork. Every time we are greeted within 30 seconds by a smile, a hand shake and asked how the car is. Stefani made sure the financing happened and worked so hard, and the management team Jason, Kelly and Chris all introduced themselves to us at some point and greeted us on various occasions. This team takes care of its buyers, and this is where you should buy your car! I have never been so happy with a dealership, and I am so thankful to have Mel there each time. Friendly After a car accident, I came into purchase a new/used Volkswagen, having had a wonderful experience owning my previous car a VW Golf. Jerome paid clo After a car accident, I came into purchase a new/used Volkswagen, having had a wonderful experience owning my previous car a VW Golf. Jerome paid close attention to my budget and what I was looking for in a car. I was allowed me to test drive several different-- Jetta, Golf. Even allowing me to have them overnight as I was carless at the time. I decided on a Jetta TSI and had issues with the first car. I was provided with a service vehicle, while they tried to figure it all out. During this time, I did begin to question my choice of buying a VW and dealing with Abbotsford VW as I began to worry they were typical "car salesman". It was very concerning, but Approx. 1.5 weeks, I was able to trade it for a different Jetta TSI. And how I was treated really helped solidify that they are not stereotpyical, car salesman. It has a been a fantastic car. I really enjoy driving it and am very happy with the quality. Throughout my experience with Abbotsford VW I met several employees (some having met previously at Valley Autohouse when I bought my Golf) -- Jason, Rob, Chris, Ken, Rob, Augest... They were all warm and welcoming. In the end, I am glad I chose to buy a Volkswagen through Abbotsford VW. More
