Melissa's knowledge of the vehicle was genuine and a all out test drive sold me on a TDI, great engine and car. I've dealt with a lot of cars and commercial trucks and never was impressed with any dealership or the bandits that run them. This place and the people there have restored my faith in a car dealership and the way business should be run, way to go! More

Wow, great experience. Pleasantly surprised! Went into Abbotsford VW with the intention of only test driving a new 2014 Golf wagon. I actually expected to buy it somewhere else. Being that this w Went into Abbotsford VW with the intention of only test driving a new 2014 Golf wagon. I actually expected to buy it somewhere else. Being that this was my 4th VW purchase over the years, and having been familiar with this dealership as Valley Autohaus in the past, I had zero intention of leaving a penny there. I was very pleasantly surprised to find things have changed...and I should point out that I am probably the world's most difficult customer...not so easy to impress. We were approached by Mel, who was friendly and helpful, without any high pressure sales tactics (which would have had me turning on my heel). She arranged the test drive with minimal fuss, asked if there was something particular we had in mind (there was, a new Wolfsburg Edition TDI Golf Wagon) and sent us on our way with a wave. We had a great test drive, instantly fell in love with the car (it's a VW, duh..?!) and returned a little hesitant, not quite ready for the heavy high pressure sales pitch to start, and the inevitable words "what can I do to get you into this car today??" Didn't happen. Mel was ready with the info on remaining Wolfsburgs in BC, answered all my questions, and made it very clear that she was utterly dismayed at my less than positive opinion of the former dealership and would work very hard to change it. She did. She found me exactly what I was looking for, and along with Jason, arranged for me to have it for a price I could live with (no easy feat). They arranged to have the vehicle trucked in for me, and threw in a few perks to sweeten the deal even more. They were exceptionally busy that day, and yet we never felt like we were just part of the crowd. And yet, there was still no pressure! Bill did up the paperwork for us with, which went smoothly. We had a few hiccups with delayed delivery of the vehicle due to issues beyond their control, but Chris and Mel made it up to me! All in all a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this dealership, great team, and I think I can honestly say Melissa is THE best!! Absolutely phenomenal customer service! More
