Happy to have a new car again I received a call from Melissa saying they wanted to buy back my 2013 Jetta TDI which I was enjoying since I purchased it in May 2013. There was a cus I received a call from Melissa saying they wanted to buy back my 2013 Jetta TDI which I was enjoying since I purchased it in May 2013. There was a customer who wanted my year and model which they couldn't locate. I was paying a 4.99% interest rate and Kelly and Melissa made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I upgraded to the 2014 higher model with leather interior, push button start, bigger wheels and better sound system. So now I only pay .9% interest rate and have a brand new car again and am very happy and grateful to Abbotsford Volkswagen for the offer...especially Melissa who is a ray of sunshine with her vibrant personality. I would definitely recommend this dealership who made me feel more comfortable than other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Cheers, Madlene More

Careful when going in for a service. We had taken our car in for service and were asked if we would be interested in selling. By the end of the day we were driving away with a new vehicle. All the staff that we dealt with was very professional, caring and willing to work with us. We spent 5 hours at the dealership and never were we forgotten or our needs not met. We would highly recommend the staff and dealership to anyone we can tell. We have dealt with a different VW dealership in Saskatchewan and thought their service was excellent but in comparison the Abbotsford dealership far exceeded them and any service we have ever had in Saskatchewan. That helped him to narrow down the search, saving me time. The service I received from everyone at the dealership was phenomenal, from Josh and Steve in the sales department to Augest in the finance department!
