I thought I already knew lots about VW's having owned a few in the past, but Jesse was able to still teach me more. His extensive knowledge on the cars was like no one else's. Combine that with an extremely friendly and down to earth person, the car buying experience was phenomenal. The entire staff at Abbotsford VW were great and hercules the dog is pretty cool too. Despite living nowhere near Abbotsford, I'll stop in whenever I have the opportunity just to say hello from now on! More

Our first visit to the site was late on a Sunday, just before closing. We were just starting to look at vehicles. We were allowed to look in peace for a bit and then approached by Matt, who simply offered to answer any questions, gave us his card, and told us to look him up when we decided we'd like to go for a test drive. We did just that, about a week later. I still wasn't ready to deal with the sale part, but gave my email address and then we left. No pressure, just friendly conversation and knowledgeable answers to our questions. I had a few emails over the next few weeks to let me know about current deals and to ask about our car search - again, no pressure. The day we came in to buy our new Passat, Matt and the employees we worked with, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to give us a deal we could be happy with. It was a pretty painless afternoon. They have truly learned that success in business is taking care of your customers. Thanks guys. More

Fan-freakin'-tastic! I had a stellar experience at Abbotsford VW. I've never driven a VW before, so I wanted to do my research about where to go. I wanted to deal with peo I had a stellar experience at Abbotsford VW. I've never driven a VW before, so I wanted to do my research about where to go. I wanted to deal with people who were reliable and trustworthy. I stumbled upon this website, and decided I'd make the trek from Cloverdale to Abbotsford to see if this dealership was really as great as everyone said it was. IT IS!! I spent several hours on a Saturday talking to Matt and Kelly, and but wasn't ready to make a deal. Matt showed me 3 vehicles, went out on drives with them all, and when I still wasn't ready, Matt told me to take my time, and that he wasn't into pressuring me. I really appreciated his approach to customer service, and I said I would be back, as I'm a slow processor and need time to think. I was trying to decide between a Golf, a GTI and a Tiguan. I know, tough choices, right? They're all great vehicles! Several weeks later, I was ready, and this time, we made the deal. Jason did his best to get me into the car I wanted, Kelly was there to chat, and he and Matt got my car set up and ready to go while I was dealing with the financials with August (painless and fun experience, by the way!). I LOVE my new GTI. These wonderful people stayed several hours after closing just to get this deal done for me, and everyone I worked with was just amazing. They even ordered me some dinner from the KFC next door, because I'd barely eaten all day, and I was starving. Awesome!! I would recommend Matt, and all of the rest of the crew to ANYONE!
