We first arrived at the dealership were assisted by Edgar, who was very friendly, professional, polite, thoughtful and intelligent. He was able to answer all our questions right away, and soon after we took the Jetta for a test drive. Edgar was very helpful along the way, gave us all the information we were looking for, had great product knowledge and made the experience very enjoyable. After the test drive, we made the deal, which was very seamlessly handled. Chris Preston was also there to help us during the final stages of the deal, making us feel even more cared for! Edgar Flores also went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us save more money, by telling me about a faster way to commute to work, since I drive almost 2 hours per day.
