Surprise, I am a new owner of a Passat! I went for a oil change and came home with a newer reliable Volkswagon, a Passat and I have no regrets. First of all it has been my experience that not all dealers are the same and service is why I purchase anything. My experience began after I booked my Service appointment for my oil change. I received a phone call from a sales agent asking me a few questions about my car. This sales person was Mellisa Jakoby. Many other sales people have called me in the past but I was not interested in listening to them. Although timing is everything, I booked a few minutes with her for Saturday. Mellisa met me at the door and well, the rest is history. There are many variables that effected the outcome of this sale but I have to say I am happy with the professionalism of Mellisa who initiated the relationship, Then we spoke to Jason Belinsky the team Sales Manager, then Bill Kidd who walked us closely through our transaction. Lets not forget the pleasant young female representative at the service counter. I would recommend this location for any of your needs. More

This time I give 11/10, A+ Melissa is very good at finding the vehicle and has a great welcoming personality, very knowledgable. Chris is very good at tailoring the deal, I liked the flexibility, and many options for financing, including the option to consolidate car payments together with credit card debt, a great way to save $. Steffanie is very good with the paperwork, she's very nice and even gave me her peanuts from her own lunch, to help me keep my diet on track. Jason was great too, and was very helpful with tires and rims. Overall great service, and they upkeep that great service in the maintenance department as well, I will always trust my car is well taken care of by them, clean good quality. More

Exceptional! I had just lost my job and was worried about being able to make payments on a Jetta that I had gotten back in January.
