Bought a 2011 Sorento. Sales experience was good except the followup after the purchase and when we were waiting for the delivery of the vehicle. If I did not call to follow up with the sales rep, I'm sur the followup after the purchase and when we were waiting for the delivery of the vehicle. If I did not call to follow up with the sales rep, I'm sure they would not have made the promised delivery date. More
