Visited other dealer prior to him but I can say this experience was one of the best. Unfortunately we didn't purchase/lease a vehicle AT THIS TIME however it was only due to allowing my daughter to get in a few more courses of driving (Learners permit) to make sure we would be buying/leasing the right vehicle to suit everyone in my family needs. Will not hesitate to go see him again when time is right for us and finally getting the Kia Soul 2018. I highly recommend giving Mr. Bertrand and this dealership a chance. More
