Anyway I somehow got into the Ford tire site,where you could price tires from Ford dealers in Ottawa area. Phoned a bunch of them and Darcy at A and B gave me a very quick quote that was $90.to $120. cheaper than any other dealer and $150.cheaper than CTC. The tires had to be ordered in ,and Darcy said maybe the next day, then we could set up an AM appt. later in the week to install. I was off that Mon. and I was touring around so I dropped in to get the paper quote so I wouldn't get any price surprises when I went to pay.(I like to get out the door quotes),got there about 2 pm after placing the order at 10am just to get the quote. What do you know,the tires were in and an hour later installed ! Needless to say I was quite pleased! Darcy and the crew were very professional and talk about quick! I'm a very happy tire shopper,getting exactly the type and brand of tire I wanted at a great price! All I had to do was place about 4 phone calls,then same day service ! I can't recommend A+B Ford more highly ! Don't know if they made any money on the transaction but they made me a very happy customer. I'd go back again for sure! More

tie rod had to be replaced I was told it was ready to fall off, I take my car here on time for oil changes and to have the my car checked, but yet how come this was not noticed before it was ready to fal fall off, I take my car here on time for oil changes and to have the my car checked, but yet how come this was not noticed before it was ready to fall off (safety issue) I do not know a lot about fixing a car but the report card I get everything is checked off even the steering components. I really do not know what to say about their attitude but half the time you go in there they do not seem very happy with their job,I know we all have bad days but they are dealing with the public More
