They do what they say they will do We contacted Uy (Wii) first by phone, telling him what we were looking for, that we had a trade and that we were serious about buying. Wii promised first to confirm that they had our vehicle on the lot and call me right back. He did. Then again by phone, we discussed price. He spoke to his Manager and confirmed that if we were satisfied with the car on the lot and they were satisfied with our trade, a deal was possible. We drove to the dealership later that same day and after inspections on both sides, we inked the deal. No further haggling, no wasting of anyone's time. Just a clear straight deal. We were out of there 1 hour later, papers signed. One of the best car buying experiences we've had. Highly recommend More
