Jimmy Mahdere was very friendly at the initial meeting, wanting to sell a vehicle. He was friendly the second time that I came in with my wife, however, during the negotiation stage, he never came out to see us. We felt that his numbers did not match with ours, we felt very bad for Brian Sacco because he was the middle man and we understood this. We purchased the vehicle on a Thursday, and we picked it up on next Saturday. We saw Jimmy three times that Saturday and he looked at us and walked right past us like we never existed. We found this unprofessional, disheartening, and extremely disappointing, given that we just spent close to 40k in your dealership, and he didn't even acknowledge us with a simple smile, hello, or a congratulatory hand shake. We never met anyone from the Service Department, and in fact, don't even know where it is in your dealership. Dany in Finance was very good to deal with. The only person who shook our hands, said thank you and congratulated us was Brian Sacco. The treatment we received was far less superior than that of the service we receive at our Volkswagon Dealership. We would purchase a vehicle from Brian Sacco if the need arises again in the furture, however we will hesitate doing this in your dealership. Overall Customer Service could be improved tremendously.
