I currently have a 9 year old Nissan Maxima and prior to that a Nissan Altima. It was time to get into another Nissan but my needs changed - I needed an SUV to be able to get/in out vehicle given that I've gotten older, reasonably price, comfort and of course you have to have those "bells and whistles". Andrew suggested 2 options but after listening to my needs, he suggested that I go with the Nissan Rogue. Next day he brings me the vehicle to my business as I just don't have the time to get to the dealership, and walks me through the features and my comfort behind the wheel. After the test drive, and Andrew going through the paperwork and options of snow tires, end of lease options, etc. I had no hesitation in signing the deal with Andrew. Guess what? Does not honor deals WITHOUT PREJUDICE I purchased a 2019 kicks in the spring, at the time the software was not ready to install my car starter. The information could not be entered into the computer so the sales manager along with the business manager wrote in my paper file, that the funds for the car starter had been set aside for when the software was ready. I have fought with this dealership for 3 months, I stopped in 4 times asking to speak to the owner Billy, but he never made himself available. Then I went into so see Mark Brown, service manager, he informed me that my paper documentation could not be found, and there was nothing he could do for me. All dealerships have the paper copies of their sales This is my 6th car I purchased from this dealership. Never again BUYERS BEWARE if you want a Nissan vehicle shop elsewhere. I More

For me customer service can make or break my desire to buy a car, which is part of why it's taken me 14 years to commit to a new vehicle. As a single woman it's somewhat daunting to go into a dealership solo but I did my research and wanted to do this on my own. I was happy to not feel subjected to that usual slick salesman approach. Instead, I was asked what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and shown a vehicle I didn't even know about but that met all my wants even more than what I came in to look at initially and I was treated with respect. All things I look for in a dealership for when I come back in for repairs as well! I dealt with Mohammed Murshed and he was wonderful throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured just free to make my decision once ready, which ended up being within a week. Very happy! More
