On June 8th I went to 417 Nissan to order a new fob for my 2013 Nissan Altima. I was told that they would contact me when it was ready but I never received a call. So on the 14th and they had received it a my 2013 Nissan Altima. I was told that they would contact me when it was ready but I never received a call. So on the 14th and they had received it and they asked me to wait while it was programmed. After an hour I saw my car being taken inside. 15 minutes later the person at the counter told me a brake light wasn't working and asked if I wanted it replaced. I said no because I had already made an appointment at my garage to have it done. Another 15 minutes my car was ready and I paid the bill of $347. The bill also included a repair estimate and a multi-point inspection form. I did not bring the car to the dealership for anything except to have the new fob programmed. I'm very disappointed in the length of time it took to replace the fob but more so by doing an inspection without my approval. More
