I bought a used car from them 8 months ago which included winter tires package. I came in for the swap and the service department told me the tires they have for me are all season and one of them was punctur winter tires package. I came in for the swap and the service department told me the tires they have for me are all season and one of them was punctured. It took them 3 weeks to find replacement tires for me in which during this time my car was running on my spare tire so I couldn't use my car as much as I wanted to. For this inconvenience I still had to pay $190 for installation and not to mention the wasted time. They are all very nice people just not the greatest Quality Assurance and I have dealt with at least a dozen dealerships in my lifetime and this ranks on the lower end. More
