2017 Challenger R/T Shaker I recently purchased a brand new Challenger R/T Shaker from 400 Chrysler. I was greeted by Colin Keefe the first day I walked into the dealership. He I recently purchased a brand new Challenger R/T Shaker from 400 Chrysler. I was greeted by Colin Keefe the first day I walked into the dealership. He was very friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable. Colin took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable with the entire buying process. Colin Keefe went above and beyond my expectations of a salesperson. We kept in touch while I waited for the car to arrive from the factory. Finally the day came to take possession of my new vehicle. It was everything I hoped for and I was behind the wheel and on my way in no time. Best Car Buying Experience I had reached out to 400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep about test driving one of their Jeeps, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an email from Mitch Summer I had reached out to 400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep about test driving one of their Jeeps, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an email from Mitch Summers so shortly after putting my request in. Mitch catered to my schedule, and ensured that I would be taken care of upon my arrival. On the day of the test drive,Mitch introduced me to Brian Coneybeare who would be my salesman that day. Brian was very knowledgable and was the complete opposite of the non-interested types of salesmen that I had dealt with in the past. Brian took his time to understand my needs, and provided several options that were within my price range. I had done my research prior to visiting 400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep and hands down they had the best prices out of all the dealerships. I was able to take advantage of their 2016 clear outs, and their upfront online pricing made the buying experience that much more simple. I would 100% recommend Brian and 400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep to all those that are in the market for a new car or truck. You won't find a better group of people to help you during the sometimes daunting task of car shopping. Brian was available after hours to answer any questions that I had, and erased any concerns regarding my purchase. On the day of delivery, Brian personally picked me up at the GO station, and delivered me to my brand new car. Amazing service!! Since I was a young girl I always had a thing for Jeeps, I told myself someday I would own one. I went to this dealership to look at a 2016 Jeep Reneg Since I was a young girl I always had a thing for Jeeps, I told myself someday I would own one. I went to this dealership to look at a 2016 Jeep Renegade I was interested in. I honestly did not think I would actually be able to get it but with the great deal they offered, I couldn't resist. Brian was amazing and very patient with us. He talked me through everything and showed me all the features the jeep had. Terri was amazing and super friendly. Mitch was also friendly and a funny guy. Just overall a great place to purchase your next vehicle. You can tell Brian loves what he does and I am happy I dealt with him. I am so in love with my new Jeep I still can't believe I finally have one!! :) More

Amazing deal, even better experience Easily one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had, they were able to get me almost $9,000 better trade-in value on my F150 than anyone else, Easily one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had, they were able to get me almost $9,000 better trade-in value on my F150 than anyone else, all while still giving me the corporate rebates and having an honest discussion on how much more we could budge the price. Beyond the price they let me test drive a 1500, 1500 rebel, 2500 diesel, and everything inbetween (They sold me on a 1500 Rebel in the end). Colin was able to answer almost all of my questions right off the bat, and when he didn't know the answer he would take the time to research (Some of my questions were pretty complicated... towing equations get pretty tricky, but he helped me with all of them). I'm confident that they'll also take good care of me when their service department opens, but in the meantime they were able to facilitate everything for me with regards to service and product installation at another Chrysler store. This is a group of gentlemen that know a long-time customer is much better for their business than a one-off profitable sale. Bottom line, Colin & Mitch were able to turn me from a die-hard German automobile fanatic into a committed Ram customer... I know this won't be my last time purchasing a vehicle from them. More

Unfortunately we could not come to an agreement on a price that I was comfortable with. Tom, the sales rep, was more than willing to present other options that would work out for me. He showed me at least 4 or 5 others. It came down to 2 and then 1. Never felt pressured, as he wanted to work for me, not against me. I would definitely recommend Tom and the staff at 400 Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre owned vehicle. More

Pleased With Our Chrysler Pacifica 2017 My wife and I are quite pleased with our new vehicle, which is a minivan but seems like so much more in its design and performance.
