Brian was great to deal with, easy to talk to and patient, taking the time to show us wha We walked into the dealership knowing nothing about trucks. Brian was great to deal with, easy to talk to and patient, taking the time to show us what was available. He stayed in touch with us, but did not pressure us into purchasing. We returned and ended up speaking with Mitch, as Brian was ill. Mitch was also great to work with and again, we did not feel pressured into purchasing. Once the decision was made to order our vehicle, the transaction went smoothly.
