UPDATE: After frequenting the 400 Chrysler service department I was toying with Trading my Ram in for a Jeep JKU - Derek stepped up with an unresistable trade in vehicle. EVerything was seemless - Yvonne was amazing with financing - the vehicle was delivered after the spectacular service crew went over it from head to toe. Im extremely happy with the level of service. RECALL... HARD TO BELIEVE READ ON...NO STARS WENT TO THIS DEALER 400 CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM BECAUSE OF RECALL NOTICE FOR AIRBAG ......I WAITED OVER 4 HOURS FOR A JOB THEY TOLD ME WAS 1 AND 1/2 WENT TO THIS DEALER 400 CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM BECAUSE OF RECALL NOTICE FOR AIRBAG ......I WAITED OVER 4 HOURS FOR A JOB THEY TOLD ME WAS 1 AND 1/2 HOURS....THEN THEY TOLD ME I HAD A RECALL ON TIE ROD ON SAME VEHICLE ... THEY ORDERED PARTS AND SAID THEY WOULD GET IN TOUCH FOR APPOINTMENT... MADE APPOINTMENT .. I SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT AND WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR TO BE TOLD THEY DON'T HAVE ALL THE PARTS I WILL HAVE TO COME BACK...THEY MADE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT ALL THE PARTS ARE IN.... Dont sign anything until!!! These guys kept on calling saying they were in desperate need of late model used caravans. I had one! Went in on a Thursday evening looking for a new These guys kept on calling saying they were in desperate need of late model used caravans. I had one! Went in on a Thursday evening looking for a new ram. I test drove a model identical to what I wanted except it was quad cab. After the test drive I told the sales guy, I wanted that same truck except in a crew cab with the split rear bench. He said I don't have one in stock, however I have exactly what your looking for at our sister dealership just 10 minutes up the road. He showed me the pics from their website and I was sold. I asked the sales guy twice if this truck he was showing me was identical to what I test drove except crew and not quad, with the split rear bench. Twice he confirmed it was. I also asked him if he could have it to me by closing Saturday. His response was "I cant see any reason why not". I went in to the financial advisor, signed all the docs and put 1K down to make it mine. This is when all the bull crap began. The next morning I called my insurance to advise of the vehicle change and to give them all the info so they could fax proof of insurance. During my talk with the insurance rep is when I noticed there was NO VIN on the paperwork. As it turns out the vehicle they were bringing in for me was already sold. THEY KNEW it was sold before I signed the docs or they would have added the VIN. They had to search the whole province to come up with what was bought. So, what I was supposed to drive away on Saturday didn't happen to the next Thursday and the truck didn't have a split rear bench. The rear seat was the only thing I didn't check before I drove away a week late. The next day when I called to advise of the mistake, they couldn't care less and denied all responsibility. Actually even said that I never once mentioned a split rear seat. I know I did as I needed the split seat so my daughter could ride in the back and have the other up so my dog could travel also without wrecking the seat. More
