A great experience - kind, professional and fun. I wasn't looking forward to buying a vehicle after having mine written off. When I went to 400 Chrysler and worked with Derek Williams, I felt comfor I wasn't looking forward to buying a vehicle after having mine written off. When I went to 400 Chrysler and worked with Derek Williams, I felt comfortable, relaxed and well guided. I felt like Derek really listened to what I wanted and needed and what was important to my family. The facility is fantastic, airy and open. I love that you can see everything in the shop! Even the small touches like have great coffee, tea and snacks for the kids, shows that this is a family experience. Thank you for your service and expertise. I love my new vehicle. Best experience I've had buying a vehicle!!! I have been looking to get out of my current vehicle and Alicia at 400 Chrysler was amazing! It took a couple months to find the right one but she st I have been looking to get out of my current vehicle and Alicia at 400 Chrysler was amazing! It took a couple months to find the right one but she stayed in touch with me the whole time, sending me different options that she thought I would like. I'm a pretty picky person but she found me a 2017 Honda Civic that matched everything I was looking for and was in my budget! When I picked up my new vehicle she took the time to connect my phone and walked through everything with me showing me how to use all the features that I didn't have on my last car. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle go in and see Alicia! She listens to what you want and genuinely cares about her customers. The experience I had with her was amazing!! So much better then the experience I had when I bought my last car where they just handed me my keys and sent me on my way. Thanks Alicia for all your help! You are amazing! 1st time buying a 2017 jeep HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE First time ever looking for a new/used jeep Cherokee, decided to go into a dealership because of all the "great" reviews.. I was wrong. The first day I went in I came with my mother I was very interested in this jeep and wanted to talk numbers Derek sales guy was extremely rude and ignorant towards myself and my mom.literally screaming at me and arguing like everything I said to him was a joke. he said he would not negotiate numbers unless I was going to sign that exact day. so I left. I got a email from the manager apologizing asking me to come in again to try it again. I did. I went with my father the 2nd time hoping he would have some respect, but nope ! he was even worse would over talk when my father was, wouldn't negotiate anything, we asked about tires , detailing the car everything he was in a complete rush just to get me to sign on the line so he can then brush us off,my dad would ask him a question to ask the manger if its possible and he wouldn't even get up out of his chair he just said "hes gonna say no" which is frustrating because he is suppose to help me. my dad was not happy so we left after arguing for about 3 hours. the 3rd time I came in to pick up my jeep after we got this sorted with the manager , my jeep wasn't even ready.. they didn't have my new plates on the car so I had to use dealership ones and come back the next day to get the correct ones they never had my insurance ready and switched over after I told Derek everything and sent it through email on a Thursday and he was suppose to give it to finance and he never did. and I was picking it up on a Monday at 6pm. when I saw the jeep on Monday it wasn't even detailed..... we found dirt, sand in the seat, grease head stains, and the WORST of it all we found women pads and tampons all in the back seat of the Jeep and all Derek has to say is "sorry its not up to your standard" it was so rude as it was NEVER cleaned in the first place. if they cant even do a simple detail how do I know they did a correct safety there was no oil sticker nothing there was way too much that happened while I was there and there was a lot of people I had to deal with to get something done with them. So much more happened. I had to go to HR and make a formal complaint as it was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. and was never expecting it to happen as this is my first time ever buying a car for $30,000 only positive part of it all was Christy the manager and Jessica a sales lady fixed everything for me and made everything better and getting this done in the correct way, they were amazing in every way possible making sure nothing was left undone, going over my whole jeep with me, and taking the time with me explaining how the jeep works, I was very thankful for them and how I was treated they know exactly what there doing. and same goes for the finace lady she was absoulety amazing helping me with all the paperwork and explain all the details. Derek on the other hand has no customer service skills, and shouldn't be disrespectful towards people. More
