Customer service experience Drop off of vehicle outside was fine due to Covid-19. My Jeep was serviced and my snow tires removed and my summer tires put on. When picking up vehicle, I spent at least 20 minutes in the garage trying to connect with Carley, the service advisor. I had to call several times to get connected to her and inquire as to where my lug nut bolt for my tires was. She was adamant that she put it in a baggie with my keys and left it in the cup holders. I was put on hold for several minutes then disconnected. When I called back Carley claimed she hadn't spoken to me. I expressed my concern again for my missing part. She finally went to see about it and service had neglected to put it back in my vehicle. She brought it out to me and apologized, but it was 20 minutes to wait and becoming more frustrated each minute. I hope this does not happen again. More
