I have been to many dealerships in my day and in my opinion 400 Chrysler is one of the best out there. I bought a car for my wife last year from a different dealership and the whole experience was very opinion 400 Chrysler is one of the best out there. They couldn't find the paperwork, then car keys went missing and at time of pick up the car wasn't ready. At 400 the whole experience was TOTALLY buttoned down. Derek and Tom were very professional and handled a late day snag with my trade in beautifully. The ladies at the reception desk should also be commended. They make sure you are looked after in the first 5 seconds of walking through the door. When I went to pick up the Jeep I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes and the only reason it took so long was that I had questions about the NAV system. This was my second vehicle purchased there and won't be my last. Give them a try. I am sure you won't be disappointed! More

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I just came home today with a beautiful 2016 RAM 1500, sport, quad cab 4WD. Finalizing the paperwork was SO EASY, Terri had EVERYTHING printed and highlighted for me, she talked it all threw with me in order to make it easier. Dave Dillabough went beyond expectations as he went in early the day of our pick up to help the team try to get the residue off the truck. Dave was helpful throughout our whole process.
