I got a call from a fourth person trying to book me in for service. They haven’t even acknowledged yet addressed they way my vehicle was treated when driven to its linex appointment. I was asked what they could do to make things right about not having my vehicle ready for delivery. Just do it!!! Asking after the fact loses value for everyone. Maybe the owner or someone can address the service of the truck between my two delivery dates. Do it in this public forum omaybe even address it privately. Just don’t ignore it!!! More

They couldn't find the paperwork, then car keys went missing and at time of pick up the car wasn't ready. At 400 the whole experience was TOTALLY buttoned down. Derek and Tom were very professional and handled a late day snag with my trade in beautifully. The ladies at the reception desk should also be commended. They make sure you are looked after in the first 5 seconds of walking through the door. When I went to pick up the Jeep I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes and the only reason it took so long was that I had questions about the NAV system. This was my second vehicle purchased there and won't be my last. Give them a try. I am sure you won't be disappointed! More
