Recent service appointment was beyond disappointing. Spent $600+ on scheduled maintenance and although Nyky was amazing, the service from others fell well short. Tire pressures were not checked, even th Spent $600+ on scheduled maintenance and although Nyky was amazing, the service from others fell well short. Tire pressures were not checked, even though a tire rotation was apart of the service. Upon pickup, we’re always looking forward to a clean exterior, but not this time. Informed when picking up that they’re short on “detailers” and are being selective on what gets washed. We have two Jeeps that get serviced here, and that left a VERY sour taste in our mouths. To say the least, our other Jeep is no longer going next week. There’s other options if you want to treat your customers that way. It’s so easy to please customers, but they went out of their way to disappoint. More

We purchased the 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 limited Dually new from 400 Chrysler. Since day 1 it seems like nothing but issues. After 2 months the passenger running board wouldn’t deploy(the wiring was corroded). from 400 Chrysler. Since day 1 it seems like nothing but issues. After 2 months the passenger running board wouldn’t deploy(the wiring was corroded). Sun roof leaked. The 3m stone guard had to be done 3 times due to peeling and bubbles. Electrical issues with the interior instruments. Fuel economy is horrid, 21 litres per 100 km, my 2005 Dually was 14.7 per 100km. Front Wheel bearing worn out after 35000km. Transmission not shifting properly. Tailgates are made of aluminum and aren’t much stronger then a pop can. They are a beautiful well equipped truck, but if your thinking of buying one thing long and hard. I’ve owned several dodges but this will be the last one. More

I purchased a used vehicle from Steve at 400 Chrysler. The vehicle was sold “As Is” and I accept the fact that the vehicle was purchased without warranty. Knowing that... before I purchased the truck I pa The vehicle was sold “As Is” and I accept the fact that the vehicle was purchased without warranty. Knowing that... before I purchased the truck I paid to have a vehicle certification completed. The service department Stated that it required minimal items to be certified but that they did not have the required parts and could not complete the work for several days. So I purchased the vehicle and they put a temporary permit on the vehicle so I could drive it home Once to My local mechanic I find out that it requires MUCH more work than stated by 400 Chrysler’s service department. I’m frustrated... but that’s on me. This review is to help you so you can perhaps learn from my mistake. More
