Called and received appointment the next day. To be honest with it being a Friday I expected to be told they couldn't find the problem and that my van wouldn't be fixed until the following week but to honest with it being a Friday I expected to be told they couldn't find the problem and that my van wouldn't be fixed until the following week but to my surprise I received a call only a few hours later telling me they found the problem right away (a control arm needed to be replaced) and that it had already been repaired and was ready for me to pick it up. The customer service, honesty and quality of service was exceptional. I definitely recommend 400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department and will use them again when needed. More
