Again just wanted to say excellent service from the team at 400 Chrysler especially Mechanic Ryder for taking the time to show me what was making a silly squeak noise on my rear break. There is no way I would take my ram promaster anywhere else to get repaired. Also the service advisor Nykyta is the best, she knows me and greats me every time I go into the dealership and really takes the time to always get you in and out. I have always thought taking your vehicle to the dealership was a rip off and there’s always a charge for everything, but at 400 Chrysler they help you and honour all the work they do on your vehicle. My work van is my bread and butter and I rely on it to get me everywhere and I would never bring it anywhere else. Just wanted to say thanks again I feel so confident every time I come in.
