I’m writing this review to say once again 400 Chrysler and there staff are amazing. Jodi Bacon the service advisor is exceptional, her customer service has shown me that she is caring and has the customer and there staff are amazing. She made sure to get me the best price for the repair of my daughters jeep and did absolutely that. Ryder the mechanic is so professional and knowledgeable that I can’t express how once again he has demonstrated exceptional skills and customers service in explaining to me the issue and going beyond to get it fixed. Again I wanted to say that staff like Jodi & Ryder at 400 Chrysler make the difference from all other dealerships and my commitment and loyalty is because of them. Would never shop here again after the service provided. Purchased from this dealer before with a different sales person it was great, he’s no longer there, used a different sales person. The original car I purchased I got a call few days later saying it had been stolen and damaged, which made me choose a different car. They are interested in the sale and nothing more. They had only one sales manager for 8 sales guys so the deal and finding cars took forever. Not well organized. More
