I just bought my first Stellantis product at a another brand dealership and brought it in to Oxford to have it checked over and establish a Service relationship. What a great Service department experience! From pulling into the drive through to the follow up from Jamie after the Servicing, everyone was professionalism plus. Getting my vehicle serviced fitted seamlessly into my busy day with no hiccups or surprises at all. Great job folks!

We service both of our vehicles at Oxford Dodge and could not be happier with the professionalism, competency and courtesy of the Service Dept. Both of our vehicles recently had recurring, persistent issues that were difficult to diagnose and fix. The Service Dept took the time to listen to our concerns and get it right - even if it took a few tries! There was no charge for the repeat diagnostic work and upgraded parts that were still under warranty.
